WARRANTY

White Water Marine Hardware warrants to the original purchaser that the hardware will be free from defects in material or workmanship, under normal use and service, for (1) year after the purchase date if used under normal circumstances and provided any defect(s) are not the result of: (i) installation method; (ii) customer or third-party abuse or misuse; (iii) failure to adhere to Seller’s instructions; (iv) wear or deterioration due to environmental conditions except as otherwise may be specifically stated in Seller’s product literature; (v) an accident; (vi) lack of proper maintenance; (vii) unauthorized repair(s), alteration(s), or modification(s); and (viii) any other causes not arising out of defects in material or workmanship. Buyer shall give written notice to Seller within 20 days of the discovery of any alleged defect within such one (1) year period.

Under this warranty, White Water Marine Hardware’s obligations are limited to repair of the product at one of White Water Marine Hardware’s plants, or replacement of the product at White Water Marine Hardware’s discretion and at White Water Marine Hardware’s expense. Any expenses involved in the removal, re-installation, or transportation of the products are not covered by this warranty.

This document contains White Water Marine Hardware’s only express warranty of the product. This warranty is expressly made in lieu of any other incidental or consequential costs, expenses or damages. This warranty gives the purchaser specific legal rights, and the purchaser may also have other rights which vary from state to state.

DAMAGE OR LOSS DURING TRANSIT:

It is the responsibility of the carrier for damages or loss of product while in transit. In the case of such a damage or shortage, please take the following steps:

1. Please note the damage or loss with the carrier by the carrier’s claims line or online form. For LTL shipments please note it on the Bill of Lading.

2. Take photo documentation for the claims process.

3. Note which items and quantities are affected.

Please send the documentations list above to White Water Marine Hardware within 3 business days of receipt for us to assist in the claims process.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

All returns must have prior authorization and must be requested within 30 days of original purchase.

Returns are handled on a case-by-case basis, some returns may be subject to a 20% restocking fee.

A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number issued by White Water and a copy of the original invoice must accompany all returns. Returned items must be unused, in original packaging, with no visible damage.

Shipping costs are non-refundable with exceptions for defective or damaged product. The buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs/fees. Refunds are limited to cost of item only.

The acceptance by White Water Marine Hardware of any product(s) that a customer has returned shall not
be deemed an admission of the defect/damage of said product or violation of the warranty.
