This strap was originally produced for the B00351PL-ERL Easy Reboarding Ladder, but can be used for many other applications.

It is a good addition to removable ladders which can easily be dropped overboard.
The strap can act as a tether for parts for belongings other than ladders.
Can be used as a bungee cord to secure loose objects.
